A typical session at Fleur Elizabeth Hypnotherapy begins with a cosy, chatty catch-up where we explore what’s been going on in your world. I’ll ask a few questions to understand exactly what you’re aiming to change or achieve—think of it as a friendly natter with purpose. Then, you’ll settle into a comfy chair or lie back on a cosy couch, as I guide you into a lovely, relaxed state. It’s like a gentle mental holiday where your mind feels light and open.

While you’re there, I’ll use positive suggestions and imagery tailored just for you, helping your subconscious mind embrace new patterns and ideas. You might feel deeply calm, or even floaty and dreamy—no weird zombie stuff, I promise! After about 40 to 60 minutes, I’ll bring you gently back, and we’ll have a quick debrief. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, with a sense of clarity and maybe even a cheeky grin at how relaxed you are. Easy, enjoyable, and oh-so-effective.

Costs: £55 per session or £300 for a block of 6.
